Q: Can I return my coffee?
A:
We are sorry, but we don't accept returns on roasted coffee. If there is any problem with our coffee, please email us at hi@myjava.ca

Also, any order cancellations must be reported up to one hour after placing the order.

Q: Can you grind my coffee for me?
A:
We're offering to grind coffee for online orders. Just add your request (and please tell us how you brew your coffee) in the comments at checkout. We can only offer you a universal grind suitable for Auto Drip, French Press or Pourover and a universal grind suitable for espresso.

Q: How is your coffee sourced?
A:
Our choice is SINGLE ORIGIN COFFEE. Single Origin coffee is coffee grown within a single known geographic region. Sometimes, this is a single farm, a specific collection of beans from a single country. The name of the coffee is then usually the place it was grown to whatever degree available. A cup of single-origin coffee can offer an explosion of flavour with its bright and delicate notes.

We spend our time sourcing beans from some of the best coffee growers in the world, looking for superior coffees that are distinctive and memorable and can stand up on their own without blending. We roast them carefully in small batches, always aiming to bring out the most exquisite characteristics in the cup.

We only serve coffee that is in season, and we love to share the stories of where our beans come from and the producers behind them. Our mission is to make good coffee accessible and exciting, simple to understand and appreciate, and easy to brew and enjoy.
