Shipping policy

 

JAVA ROASTERS is currently only shipping to Canada and U.S. addresses.

1.All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. All orders are processed and shipped from our Roastery within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is with the shipping carrier.

2.CORRECT ADDRESS
Please leave an accurate delivery address, phone number, and delivery instructions. An extra delivery fee will be applied if missed due to the receiver's issue.

3.LOCAL PICKUP / ROASTERY PICK UP
We are based in Toronto, ON, Canada. Free local pickup is available. Please choose the local pickup option during checkout. We will send you the exact informations via text or email when your order is ready. Please note that our ROASTERY is open for pick up on weekdays 1PM-5PM.
