Born from the idea of capturing the sensory warmth of a morning brew, this candle was created with the same approach we apply to coffee: respect for process, precision, and origin. Roasted coffee beans were infused in jojoba oil for weeks, producing a naturally fragrant, amber-coloured coffee oil. Once filtered slowly for purity, it became the heart of the Fresh Brewed Coffee Candle, a scent that is not simply inspired by coffee, but grounded in its true essence.

To achieve an aroma that reflects the integrity of the bean, Leah turned to cold-pressed coffee oil, a method rooted in patience rather than extraction force. Unlike industrial pressing, cold-pressing is created through long, room-temperature infusion, allowing roasted coffee grounds or whole beans to steep in a carrier oil without compromising their structure. This slow process preserves key elements:

• The nuanced aromatic profile of freshly roasted coffee

Using beans roasted by JAVA ROASTERS, Leah infused jojoba oil for several weeks, allowing the oils to naturally migrate from bean to liquid. Over time, the mixture developed into a deep amber oil with a clean, authentic coffee aroma. When the infusion reached optimal concentration, the oil was filtered gradually and meticulously. This slow filtration ensured clarity, purity, and the retention of delicate aromatic compounds, resulting in a cold-pressed coffee oil that genuinely represents the sensory experience of freshly ground beans.

candle safety:
+ Never leave a burning candle unattended and always keep out of reach of kids, pets and flammable materials.
+ Keep the wick trimmed to 1/8” - simply pinch off the charred wood from the previous burn between your fingers.
+ Always burn on a heat resistant surface.
+ Allow to cool before re-lighting.
+ Burn no longer than 4 hours at a time.
+ Stop burning once there is only 1/2” left of wax at the bottom of the vessel

candle care:
+ It is important to always allow the wax to melt to the edge of the vessel to prevent tunnelling; wax has a “memory”.
+ Burn for approx. 3 hours until full melt pool is achieved.
+ Try to keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings and debris at all times.
+ Avoid lighting your candle where there‘s wind or a strong draft
