As the crops change, so do the components of our Don’t Poke the Bear, highlighting harvest cycles and celebrating the seasonality of coffee. This is all dark chocolate mousse up front, with notes of sweet dried plum and red grape with just a little biscuit in there too.

This is our first and only medium-dark roast, and sometimes, there is a stereotype about the darker roast that might be boring because it is very classy.
