It's a very chocolatey cup with a sweetness of dried apple and pear. An extra drizzle of dark chocolate flows through this cup, with roasted nuts on the finish and a sprinkle of raisins on the aftertaste.

The story behind the name DON’T POKE THE BEAR is simple. This is our first and only medium-dark roast, and sometimes, there is a stereotype about the darker roast that might be boring because it is very classy. Only because it’s in the CHOCOLATY/NUTTY category don’t judge before you try. Just brew, sip, and you can be surprise!
