💡 Brew Let this one cool a little before you judge the cup. As the temperature drops, the peach and nectarine become more expressive, while the Earl Grey character starts to open up. For pour-over, start around 1:16.5 - 20 g coffee to 330 g water at 92-93°C. Aim for a gentle, even extraction to preserve the silky sweetness and delicate floral notes.
